At HBADA Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Product

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original packaging with all included tools and manuals to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
